How many guests constitute a ‘large party’?
Any parties of 5 or more guests.
How can I book a reservation of a large party or private room?
By sending us an email at email@example.com.
Can I book online?
Unfortunately TableAgent.com only allows bookings of parties smaller than five guests.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a $100 deposit is required for parties of 5 or more, two weeks in advance or at the time of booking, if the reservation is made and confirmed with less than two weeks’ notice.
Is it refundable?
Any deposit paid is taken off the final bill.
What if my guests want to pay separately?
The deposit will first then be applied to the payer of deposit’s check, and any remaining funds applied to the guest’s check of the payer’s choice.
Can I request a private room?
Absolutely! We will log your request for one of our rooms in your reservation notes. If we are able to accommodate your request we would be happy to do so. Please note that a request for a private room does not guarantee use of a private room, and the granting of private room requests is at our discretion.
How can I guarantee a private room for my tea party?
We offer room rentals for all of our tea time seatings. The rates and guest counts for our room rentals may be found on our rate card. (Tyler link)
How many guests can be allowed in the tearoom at one time?
We are allowed 49 guests in the entire space at any one time.
Do you do weddings/baby showers/bridal showers?
Yes! We love hosting all types of events!
Can we bring our own decorations?
Yes of course! Depending on the date and time of your event, we can even allow time for set up. Please keep in mind that all decorations, gifts, etc must be cleaned up by the end of your allotted seating time, and we do not allow decorations to be affixed to the walls in any way.
What if I want to make favors?
That is perfectly fine! Plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to seating to allow time for placement.
Can I bring a cake?
Due to food safety regulations we do not allow outside food or beverages. However, we do offer a cake service for your convenience.
What if I want a specific cake from a specific bakery?
We are happy to attempt to coordinate delivery and/or pick up from any local, professional bakery. Due to food safety regulations we cannot accept cakes made in non-professional settings.
How will I know that the cake picked up is correct?
Once your order has been placed with the bakery, we will inform you as to when the cake will be ready. You will have the option of visiting the cake prior to pick up or immediately after delivery in the tea room. We do not accept responsibility for any inaccuracies on the part of the bakery, or quality of product. All changes and charges must be completed through the selected bakery.
Do you offer decorating services?
We do! Our resident event company, Inspired Events, is happy to provide a wide range of event service to suit your needs. You can view their services via the button above.
I would love to have a party, but I am on a tight budget. What can I do?
Don’t worry, our management team has put together hundreds of events on a variety of budgets and time constraints. Just send us an email with your ideas and budget and we will go from there!
Do you do themed events?
All the time! If you have a dream (or a Pinterest board!) we can make magic happen!
I would love an entertainer to work my party as well, can you do that?
Definitely! We work with professionals throughout the industry to make your event everything you want and more, whether it’s a tea party with Princess Belle, solving a 1920’s murder mystery or an ice cream social for your favorite space ninja!
Do you do evening events?
Evening events are always possible!
Do you only do tea parties?

Are you LGBT friendly?
At Victorian Grace, we believe that tea is for people of all types, ethnicities, genders, expressions and backgrounds. We love to host LGBT events.
Do you offer venue tours?
Of course! Send us an email and we would be happy to schedule you, or feel free to come by during any of our open tea times to see the space in action. Keep in mind that visits during service hours are not guided tours and management will not be available for consultation without an appointment.

Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, contact information and any information you know about your event. Our management team will then reach out to schedule a call to go over your event details and advise you on the next steps to complete you private event! Please note that this call typically takes 30 minutes. It’s that easy!
